Mawoussi Mauron, SDC and Anna von Sury

Since January 2018, Mawoussi Mauron works as an academic trainee in the Conflicts and Human Rights Thematic Unit in the SDC. In a work environment in which many communications are visual, the fact that she is blind poses both challenges and opportunities for herself and her colleagues. In this blog post, we want to share the experiences of Mawoussi and her team, and how her presence has affected the work of the team.
